It's reached far beyond the point where it needs to be criticized, at this point it just needs to be fully discredited. It did use to be marginally better, I remember walking through a hurricane in Worcester, MA, when the short coup against Gorbachev happened because our electricity was out but a friend still had his and we needed to see what was going on in the Soviet Union on CNN. Now, I wouldn't even bother to walk downstairs (where my housemate has the TV) if there was a coup against Putin. I was surprised the hounds didn't have Darth Vader riot gear, as that's what I think of when feline mayors "unleash the hounds." Or perhaps you should think about putting the hounds on horses.
