If you remember the comic strip based on Woody Allen in the 1970s, this makes a little more sense.
There are still people drawing cartoons citing the Polar Vortex as evidence against global warming. They are making cheap shots, oblivious the real costs of inaction and inadequate policies to rein in our contribution to the disaster.
