Forests are fun to draw. But also tricky. There are a lot of details, a lot of undergrowth and little plants growing here and there, plus the lichen and the moss and the mushrooms. Ferns are really tricky. Yet for all that, your average teen probably still won’t be impressed.

PANEL 1: Fetch and Owen pop out of the puddle.
SFX: POP
OWEN: Woah!
PANEL 2: Fetch stands up and spreads out his arms, Owen looks around.
FETCH: Welcome to the Otherworld! Land of enchantment and fantastical creatures!
OWEN: Okay.
PANEL 3: Fetch taken aback, Owen nonplussed.
FETCH: Just okay?
OWEN: It’s a forest.
PANEL 4: Fetch annoyed. Owen is sarcastic.
FETCH: We just popped out of a puddle. Give it a moment.
OWEN: Oh, I see it! No, wait…. Still a forest.
