Cartoon Collaboration Time – with Barry

by kevinwmoore on February 28, 2022
Posted In: cartoons

I have been drawing cartoons written by Barry Deutsch for his political comic strip, Lefty Cartoons for a while now, and a new one launched today: The News Could Not Be Any More Objective.

You can also view it at Barry’s Patreon page. Please consider supporting him. And me, too!

I also forgot to post about the one I did for Barry last week: The Purple People Next Door.

And check out the other cartoons I have done for Barry here.

Digital Sketchbook: Self Compassion

by kevinwmoore on November 20, 2021

I was in therapy group the other day, learning about self compassion and perfectionism, when I thought of this cartoon. If you’re ever berating yourself for not being what you’re Supposed To Be, remember the underlying absurdity of extreme expectations. We should try to do better by ourselves and each other, but forgiveness and understanding are essential parts of the progress. You can’t learn from your mistakes if you fixate on them as points of self recrimination. Give this dog a hug.

“To the Stars” – Kevin Moore, 10/13/2021

In lieu of Fetch, here is something I dashed off while I was taking a week off. Wherein I obviously watched a lot of Star Trek.
New Fetch page coming next week.
