Crude and Feckless—Page 1
How Fetch thought he could leave his home unattended for a decade without attracting squatters is a rare show of naivete on his part. Or maybe just youthful carelessness? And you’re in a land of the fae, bud. What did you expect?

PANEL 1
Fetch and Tara stand by her car, confronted by Fiona, her trooping fairies, and other squatters — goblins, hobs, elves, pixies, etc.
FETCH: Aside from threat of violence, by what right do you claim my home?
HOB: Eatin’ a horse wasn’t enough?
FIONA: Adverse possession!
PANEL 2:
Fiona and BRIDGET, a geeky pixie who assumes an authoritative posture
FIONA: Tell ‘em, Bridget.
BRIDGET: Ahem. As ordained by the Unseelie Court Council of Land and Property, an occupant of hitherto unoccupied land or domicile is entitled to legal possession of the title provided they are in continuous and uninterrupted occupation of the property for 12 years.
PANEL 3: Fetch and Fiona
FETCH: But I’ve been gone only ten years.
FIONA: We rounded up.
