And we are back on a regular Wednesday schedule.

The Fae creatures here are a bit more vague than usual. Pointy ears might mistake a few of them for Vulcans, but (sadly) I’m not doing Star Trek. Note the antlers on a couple. The Fae are traditionally associated with nature, so they are often portrayed wearing leaves, flowers, bark, or nothing at all — unless we’re talking the aristocratic fairies who dress like they’re courtiers heading for a ball at the Palace of Versailles. (We’ll see those folks later on in the story.) However, the Otherworld Fetch has returned to has become a bit more modern. A lot of tee shirts. They’re cheap, often free. Can’t pass that up when you’ve been evicted.

FETCH: Whoa.

PANEL 3
Fetch surveys the room full of various faeries. Knob greets him.

FETCH: Did you guys multiply?
KNOB: Oh, hey, Fetch! Yeah, sorry! They showed up while you were out.
I think the word is spreading about this place.

PANEL 4
Fetch and Knob

KNOB: Fiona and her girls were out feeding the homeless like always.
A few folks followed ‘em home. When I came home from getting supplies I found a few more camping on the lawn.
FETCH: Camping?

PANEL 5
Same

KNOB: Oh, don’t worry. I moved ‘em into the backyard.
There’s more room and it keeps your front lawn lookin’ spiffy.
FETCH: How reassuring.
