Knob addresses the group of various fae and magical people and creatures.
KNOB: Hey, everyone! Hello! Listen up! A lot of yez just came in today,
so I thought you should know whose home you’re in.
This here’s Fetch! He owns the place.

Everyone cheers, Fetch is embarrassed, Knob still on chair.
EVERYONE: HOORAY! Three cheers for Fetch! Thank you! WOOOO!
FETCH: Oh jeez.
KNOB: See, they love you.

Someone yells from off panel, Fetch startled, Knob grimaces.
Off-panel voice: Property is theft, ye bougie bastard!
