The key to any argument is deflection.

Hey, wow, it’s a normal Wednesday. No coup, no impeachment, no inauguration, just an ordinary day during a global pandemic that due to the dysfunctions in my country has killed over 400,000 of my fellow citizens. I’d suggest we all take a trip to the Otherworld, but I don’t think the Fae will have us. Even in the best of times.

Stay safe, people.

PANEL 1: Fetch and Fiona yelling at each other.

FIONA: What were you thinking?! He’ll get eaten!
FETCH: He’s under my protection! Why are you turning my house into a carnival?

PANEL 2: Fiona mocks Fetch, who fumes. Owen chimes in.

FIONA: Your protection? That’s a laugh.
The moment your back is turned some goblin will gobble him right up.
OWEN: I could set it on fire with my invisibility spell.

PANEL 3: Fiona puts her hand on Owen’s shoulder. Owen looks at the shantytown.

FIONA: You seem like a good lad. But go home.
The Otherworld is no place for humans.
OWEN: I really like the community you built here. Knob says you set all this up.
How did you do it?

PANEL 4: Fiona leads Owen to look at shantytown in the background. Foreground Knob and Fetch confer with each other.

FIONA: Oh, well, first I formed an organizing committee…
KNOB: Ooo. Nice misdirection.
FETCH: I taught him that.
