PANEL 1: Fiona stands in front of a stand with barrels and a brewing kettle. Knob blushes.

FIONA: With all these people we ran low on food and stuff. So we thought let’s make some money off those suburban tossers. Knob’s idea. Brilliant!
KNOB: Aw, no. Just …

PANEL 2: Knob deflects to Fiona, Owen interjects.

KNOB: Fiona did all the setup.
FIONA: And you do all the brewing.
OWEN: This is like a tiny society. Have you seen it, Fetch?

PANEL 3: Fetch stands beneath a diagram of the booths: supplies, community resources, first aid, maintenance, school, library, counseling. Owen speaks from a circular panel to the right.

OWEN: Fiona showed me all of these services they have for the homeless and refugees.
They set up a council of elected planners with equal voting power to decide their priorities democratically. They hold frequent referendums for everyone to approve the council's plans!
It’s pretty cool.

PANEL 4: Fetch puts hand on his forehead. Owen gestures.

FETCH: It’s … it’s a lot to take in.
OWEN: Do you need to lay down? There’s a hospital!
